The City of Joondalup Master Plan for the development of the 17-hectare former Edgewater Quarry site incorporated an amphitheatre, conservation area, community facilities and commercial/residential development.
In order to make an informed decision on progressing the master plan, the City of Joondalup required analysis to take into account the financial implications of doing so and identification of additional commercial opportunities.
NS Projects was appointed as project manager for the commercial analysis. This role required NS Projects to appoint and manage the commercial and retail analyst and property advisory consultant as well as work with the city-appointed landscape architect.
A full commercial analysis report was prepared for the City of Joondalup and presented to city executives and the council elected members. NS Projects devised a number of value adding solutions to include in the commercial analysis, in order to realise a commercially viable solution.
