    LandCorp appointed us to manage all phases of the redevelopment of the iconic 15.5ha Perry Lakes sporting precinct into a high quality 233-lot, 660-dwelling residential project that includes single lots, small multi-unit developments and larger apartment sites.     Appointed by the MRA, we oversaw the redevelopment of the 4ha heritage-listed former Australian Fine China site into a mixed use urban renewal project of up to 310 residential dwellings and 37,000m2 of commercial and retail floor space, providing economic, social and environmental sustainability initiatives that exceed national and Western Australian targets.
