    The new $33.4m High Performance Training Centre, with its state-of-the-art research and testing technology for high performance athletes, has changed the face of elite sporting facilities.   • Cockburn Regional Activity Centre

    At 34,000m2, this is one of the largest developments of its kind undertaken by a local government. Jointly funded by the City of Cockburn, the Fremantle Football Club, Curtin University and state and federal governments, the $109m community aquatic, recreation and sporting facility necessitated an unusual, highly tailored procurement approach, which resulted in a 15% cost reduction.   • City Beach Surf Club Building & Commercial Development

    Meeting strict quality requirements within a challenging coastal location was successfully achieved in the $18m redevelopment of the City Beach Surf Life Saving Club. We managed the business case development and implementation of a stringent tenancy coordination framework to ensure the Town of Cambridge’s expectations were met. Read more

  • Claremont Football Club

    Training and gym areas for elite footballers were part of this $16.5m club redevelopment that also includes spectator seating, function areas, a café, commercial gym and medical suites. This was a once-in-a-generation opportunity that we successfully managed, navigating complex legal agreements while providing the best facility the club could afford. Read more

  • Wembley Golf Course

    The latest $11m stage of the Wembley Golf Course redevelopment for the Town of Cambridge was part of a multi-contract, multi-phased works programme staged within the existing fully operational golf course. The new purpose-built facility includes function rooms, restaurant, bar and commercial office space, plus a high-quality miniature golf facility and playground. Read more

  • nib Stadium

    In 2009 Rugby WA announced the relocation of Western Force home games to ME Banktadium (nib Stadium), for the 2010 season. Completed on time for $2.4m, works included new flood lighting, seating, concourse improvements, corporate facilities and marquees, pitch side screens, broadcasting boxes and changing facilities.
