Jointly funded by the City of Cockburn, the Fremantle Football Club, Curtin University and state and federal governments, the $109m community aquatic, recreation and sporting facility necessitated an unusual, highly tailored procurement approach, which resulted in a 15% cost reduction. The latest $11m stage of the Wembley Golf Course redevelopment for the Town of Cambridge was part of a multi-contract, multi-phased works programme staged within the existing fully operational golf course. The new purpose-built facility includes function rooms, restaurant, bar and commercial office space, plus a high-quality miniature golf facility and playground. Read more
In 2009 Rugby WA announced the relocation of Western Force home games to ME Banktadium (nib Stadium), for the 2010 season. Completed on time for $2.4m, works included new flood lighting, seating, concourse improvements, corporate facilities and marquees, pitch side screens, broadcasting boxes and changing facilities.
