Fabcot’s (Woolworths) Harvest Lakes Village, on Perth’s urban fringe, forms part of WA’s first large-scale ‘Green Smart Village’, and is a model for contemporary village design. We managed the process from concept design through to trading day, successfully delivering over 70 tenancies including high end fashion, food and beverage and homewares, while meeting strict Christmas opening deadlines. Following our project management of the original development - a 19-level tower and three fully restored heritage buildings - we were reappointed by CBUS Property to manage the $20m ground floor reactivation project.
