We are managing briefs from our client PEET Limited and end owner ISPT, along with requirements of Coles, Kmart and Aldi, while implementing timeframe-minimising procurement strategies and managing overarching subdivision parameters.   • Raine Square Redevelopment

    The redevelopment at Raine Square will transform the current retail mall into a vibrant shopping and entertainment precinct. The new square will feature a multiplex cinema, a Food and Beverage hub and a high end retail shops. As part of the redevelopment, the Royal Hotel and the Wentworth Hotel will be extended and refurbished. Read more

  • Pinjarra Junction Stage 2

    This medium-scale shopping centre is an integral part of Pinjarra’s town centre vision. Having successfully managed Stage One, we moved to parallel project management and tenancy co-ordination services for Stage Two - an $18.5m, 3,850m2 extension incorporating Country Target, 30 specialty shops, Coles extension and basement car park, completing it on time and within budget.   • Wellard Square

    Providing a vibrant town centre was a key outcome of the Wellard Square development, which turned a greenfield site into an $18m retail village. Reporting to both our client PEET Limited and end owner Wellard Acres, we managed service and authority approvals over two lots and worked with Woolworths to accommodate change requests during construction.   • Singleton Village

    Coles Singleton Village comprises a 3,700 m² Coles supermarket, eight retail tenancies, an 800 m² medical centre, 360 car parking bays, associated landscaping and pedestrian pathways.   • Harvest Lakes Village

    Fabcot’s (Woolworths) Harvest Lakes Village, on Perth’s urban fringe, forms part of WA’s first large-scale ‘Green Smart Village’, and is a model for contemporary village design. Taking up the project mid-construction meant we needed to get up to speed quickly, identifying and managing key risks and decisions to keep the project on budget and programme. Read more

  • Claremont Quarter

    An upmarket shopping and residential development close to the Claremont train station, this project comprises 30,000m2 of retail space and two apartment towers. We managed the process from concept design through to trading day, successfully delivering over 70 tenancies including high end fashion, food and beverage and homewares, while meeting strict Christmas opening deadlines.   • One40 William: Retail Re-modelling

    Following our project management of the original development - a 19-level tower and three fully restored heritage buildings - we were reappointed by CBUS Property to manage the $20m ground floor reactivation project. This involved changing the fabric of the building to redesign retail spaces while working in an occupied space around existing tenants. Read more
