    Providing vital affordable housing in the city, this 10-storey mixed-use complex for Foundation Housing features 53 lodging rooms, 18 one-bedroom apartments, flexible ground floor conference spaces and open-plan gardens, all within walking distance of the Perth CBD. We are Project Manager and Superintendent for this $25m development, due for completion early 2016. Read more

  • Islands Apartments

    The multi-award winning $80m Islands development was Stockland’s largest apartment development in WA. As Project Manager and Superintendent, we successfully delivered the first two stages of 50 luxury apartments with pools, a gym and beachside café. The project required extensive site remediation, a 350m sea wall, rail vibration isolation and significant green initiatives. Read more

  • Foundry Road

    On a key site close to Midland train station, this $9m development provides a mix of 28 affordable apartments for a range of socio-economic groups, including the aged and physically impaired. Another successful collaboration with Foundation Housing, we were able to deliver high-quality architectural solutions and workmanship on a relatively low budget. Read more

  • Richmond Quarter

    This $80m, seven-storey development comprises 101 apartments, 18 short-stay units, 26 retail units, a roof-top bar and two levels of underground parking. Our role included feasibility, sales and marketing, legal and commercial, design process overview, construction contract superintendence and settlements. An off-the-plan campaign starting in 2013 resulted in over 90% of the product under contract. Read more

    Working alongside Foundation Housing, Department of Housing and CODA Studios, we played a key role in delivering this $14m inner-city housing development of 16 affordable key worker apartments, 44 hostel units, nine commercial and retail tenancies, caretakers unit and restored heritage-listed building, all on a challenging site that required high quality design and functionality.     NS Projects provided market analysis advice to determine rental potential and optimum balance of units.     Completed in 2013, this $15m ‘demonstration project’ by the City of Perth provides affordable housing for key workers. As Project Manager through feasibility and design, and Principal’s Representative during construction, we managed site remediation and delivery of 48 apartments and a multi-storey car park.
