On a key site close to Midland train station, this $9m development provides a mix of 28 affordable apartments for a range of socio-economic groups, including the aged and physically impaired. This $80m, seven-storey development comprises 101 apartments, 18 short-stay units, 26 retail units, a roof-top bar and two levels of underground parking. Our role included feasibility, sales and marketing, legal and commercial, design process overview, construction contract superintendence and settlements.
