    Redeveloping the 4.8ha City Beach Bowls Club site into a 68-lot residential development required excellent stakeholder engagement, as opinions on appropriate density levels varied widely. After gaining community support we were able to optimise client requirements, successfully completing the project on time in 2008. The auction of the first 14 lots in 2014 realised over $13.5m.   • Perry Lakes, Floreat

    LandCorp appointed us to manage all phases of the redevelopment of the iconic 15.5ha Perry Lakes sporting precinct into a high quality 233-lot, 660-dwelling residential project that includes single lots, small multi-unit developments and larger apartment sites. We led the project through community consultation, complex planning and approvals, demolition, remediation and infrastructure construction. Read more

    As Development Manager, we oversaw the transformation of the former Edith Cowan University - a premier 20ha site in Perth’s west - into a high quality 258-lot boutique estate. Our responsibilities included approvals, subdivision, sales and marketing, financial management and community engagement. In 2010, Churchlands Green won a UDIA (WA) award for best residential subdivision. Read more

    This 504ha landholding south-east of Perth will include 3,800 residential lots, a District Activity Centre, schools and other infrastructure alongside sensitive bushland. Following a collaborative engagement process between the Shire and stakeholders, we developed a Structure Plan that successfully satisfied both investor and shire expectations, while delivering the planning objectives.   • Area K, South Hedland

    This landmark development of 121 single residential lots and four grouped dwellings is a joint venture between the Kariyarra Traditional Owners and the Mugarinya Community Association. Working closely with the Traditional Owners to realise their vision, we successfully delivered all subdivision approvals, design, works and contract negotiations, with a pre-sale of approximately 70%.     This strategic project will deliver 298 lots to support 440 dwellings. With an estimated development cost of $88 million Hamilton will deliver significant infrastructure to enable development within Hamilton Precinct and the surrounding area.   • NASH, Roebourne

    The Ngarluma Aboriginal Sustainable Housing (NASH) project aims to deliver a new housing community on 50 hectares of land for housing, educational, community and commercial facilities to enhance opportunities for Roebourne's Indigenous community.
