    The $35 million refurbishment to Albert Facey House transformed the building into a functional, modern working environment for multi-tenanted government departments. Read more

  • Claremont Quarter

    An upmarket shopping and residential development close to the Claremont train station, this project comprises 30,000m2 of retail space and two apartment towers. We managed the process from concept design through to trading day, successfully delivering over 70 tenancies including high end fashion, food and beverage and homewares, while meeting strict Christmas opening deadlines.   • One40 William: Retail Re-modelling

    Following our project management of the original development - a 19-level tower and three fully restored heritage buildings - we were reappointed by CBUS Property to manage the $20m ground floor reactivation project. This involved changing the fabric of the building to redesign retail spaces while working in an occupied space around existing tenants. Read more

  • Raine Square Turnaround

    Through dedicated and transparent project management, our team was able to overcome the many challenges presented by a distressed project - including negotiation of a $150m works contract - successfully managing the completion of this 23-floor, mixed-use development comprising 60,000m2 of built area including retail, office space and three levels of basement parking.
