  • UWA Reid Library

    Maintaining access and ongoing use was a key component of the $8.9m refurbishment of the Reid Library, the University’s primary student study and reference area. The works revitalised and expanded student collaborative spaces, including upgrades to allow for 24-hour access, while retaining the existing character and heritage value of the original building.   • Building the Education Revolution

    Between 2009 and 2011, over 130 schools across the Fremantle and Peel education districts, in Perth’s southern metropolitan area, received upgrades to classroom facilities and infrastructure. During this program, we managed $200m of Federal Government-funded redevelopment works, followed by a $25m air-conditioning installation program to schools located in hotter inland areas. Read more

    Curtin University invested $3 million in specialised instrumentation, sample preparation and clean laboratory space in support of the Physics and the renowned John de Laeter Centre’s research activities.   • Challenger TAFE

    The $20m Centre for Energy and Process Training in Henderson was built to facilitate leading-edge training, research and development opportunities within the oil and gas industry. Completed in 2007, our role managing the design and construction also included resolution of land tenure matters, as part of the larger Australian Marine Complex precinct. Read more

  • ECU Building 34: Student Services

    We provided full project management and superintendent services to ECU, taking this high profile $72m project from project feasibility through to stakeholder management, contractor procurement, personnel relocation and contract administration. Completed in time for 2015 student admissions, the landmark facility includes 10,500m2 of office accommodation, campus amenities and public spaces. Read more

  • Curtin Building 304: Laboratory

    Successfully project managed by our team, the $40m Building 304 provides high quality research facilities at Curtin University’s Bentley campus and includes 4,500m2 of PC2/QC2 and PC3/QC3 wet labs, sensitive analytical equipment, laboratory support and write-up spaces. The building activates a key location within the campus, and links it to public transport facilities. Read more
