    Complex design coordination, challenging site conditions and a tight construction programme were all successfully met in the $65m redevelopment of this long-vacant, 16-floor office building in the heart of Perth’s legal and financial district. Partial demolition, extension and refurbishment of the building resulted in a doubling of the floor area to 15,000m2. Read more

  • ECU Building 34: Student Services

    We provided full project management and superintendent services to ECU, taking this high profile $72m project from project feasibility through to stakeholder management, contractor procurement, personnel relocation and contract administration.     The state’s first five-star Green Star rating was awarded to this landmark $206m development comprising 44,000m2 office space, 40 specialty retail stores, food court, tavern and heritage refurbishment.     This $50m office development required a two-lot subdivision, with the fully occupied Hatch building remaining on one site throughout construction.     This $80m, seven-storey development comprises 101 apartments, 18 short-stay units, 26 retail units, a roof-top bar and two levels of underground parking. Our role included feasibility, sales and marketing, legal and commercial, design process overview, construction contract superintendence and settlements.
