Complex design coordination, challenging site conditions and a tight construction programme were all successfully met in the $65m redevelopment of this long-vacant, 16-floor office building in the heart of Perth’s legal and financial district. This $80m, seven-storey development comprises 101 apartments, 18 short-stay units, 26 retail units, a roof-top bar and two levels of underground parking. Our role included feasibility, sales and marketing, legal and commercial, design process overview, construction contract superintendence and settlements.
