One40 William is a mixed-use development comprising three office towers ranging in height from five to 19 storeys above two levels of retail.
Key components of the development include the retention of existing heritage buildings for commercial office and retail uses. The entire 40,000m2 office is leased by the state government.
The development also straddles and integrates with Perth Underground Train Station. A variety of fashion and food stores comprise approximately 35 retail units.
The development successfully re-activates an entire block bounded by William St, Murray St and Wellington St and contributes to the expansion of the city towards Northbridge Link.
Melbourne-based developer CBUS Property Pty Ltd initially appointed NS Projects Project Manager during its bid for the site. We successfully managed every subsequent phase of the project through to completion.
NS Projects was Superintendent and Tenant Co-ordinator for the project and was responsible for controlling and directing all contract instructions and cost issues, liaising with the State and the Public Transport Authority and advising all client related decision making.
