Professional Development

Our professional development program identifies and addresses training needs so our people possess an exemplary understanding in all areas of project management and the industry within which we work.

Internal training seminars are run by senior staff or staff with a background in a specialist skill that is relevant to the industry. Where specialist training needs are identified, we engage external specialists or co-ordinate training at formal seminars and training courses.

At NS Projects, we take pride in our mentoring program and all staff have completed our mentee workshop, while selected staff have completed our mentor workshop. The mentor program applies the knowledge and experience of mentors to guide and support mentees in addition to the professional guidance and coaching provided by their immediate manager.
